Halloween makeup inspiration that everyone will be able to do
Need some Halloween inspiration? Here’s a bunch of makeup tutorials that will take your costume to the next level.
Halloween costume = sorted.
1. Cute corpse
If you need a last minute Halloween costume then this is perfect. You can create this look from makeup you probably already have. Just do some extreme contouring and you’re good to go.
2. Sultry vampire look
This is super easy but looks amazing, just do your normal makeup routine and add some fake blood. If you don’t have fake blood, a dark lipstick applied with your fingertip can also work.
3. Cute but creepy clown
Pennywise and Harley Quinn are overdone, but clowns are still a great option for Halloween makeup. While the contact lenses look awesome, all you really need is your normal makeup; simply use eyeliner to draw on the design and extend your lipstick in the corners of your mouth.
4. Subtle eyeliner look
If you’re running late and still don’t have an outfit, just grab your eyeliner to recreate this. It may be a bit fiddly, but all you need to do is draw a red wing and outline it for a bold effect.
5. 3D spider illusion
This illusion looks tricky, but it’s really not hard to make it look like a spider’s crawling across your face. The part that makes it so effective is the shadow effect but all you need to do that is a little bit of eyeshadow.
6. Cute spider webs
This look may seem intricate, but if you’re used to doing makeup it’s easy to recreate this. If you’re creating this look last minute you can use eyeliner and eyeshadow to draw and shade in the spider webs.
The snakes are very fiddly to paint but they look amazing when they’re done. This makeup look is perfect if you don’t want to go for something super spooky and it will look great on Instagram.
8. Queen of the dead
If you have a black wig and some weird spidery fake lashes then why not become the Queen of the dead. This tutorial is super easy to follow but the end result is truly striking.
9. Pastel rainbow skull
If you are insanely skilled with makeup then this makeup look is Halloween goals. Follow this tutorial to turn yourself into a beautiful, human snap chat filter.
10. Dripping cartoon skull
If you want to revamp the classic skull look then this is perfect. It is a sketchy, cartoon-like skull topped off with some glittery drips. For a bold look, this tutorial has got you covered.
11. Terrifying doll
This doll makeup is horrifying and pretty complicated to create. However, if you have the time and skill there’s no doubt that this will get you a tonne of compliments at a Halloween party, although you might not be able to reply to them because your mouth is all stitched up.
